Carry-On Allowance: 2 Bags
Only 2 (two) pieces of carry-on luggage provided that each does not exceed the dimensions of 54in X 15in X 9in (137cm X 38cm X 23cm) and not exceed a combined weight of 15lb/7kg per person may be carried into the aircraft cabin. Any cabin baggage over 15lb/7kg will have to be carried in the hold of the aircraft and forms part of the total checked baggage allowance and will be charged accordingly. All carry-on baggage will be weighed.
*Note: Tiger Airways personnel have the ability to further limit this allowance in the cabin provided available space in the aircraft.

Checked Baggage
Passengers who choose to check their baggage can do so using Tiger Airways Luggage Upsize service. Baggage can be checked in at the airport up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Passengers can book their luggage online when they purchase their ticket, or they can call Tiger Airways call center up to 72 hours prior to their departure. Passengers who do not exercise this option up to 72 hours prior to departure can still do so at the airport on the day of departure but will be limited to purchase only the 33lb/15kg baggage tier. Additional weight in excess of 33lb/15kg will be subjected to the prevailing excess baggage charges. Passengers who pay the Luggage Upsize fee at the time of booking or up to 72 hours before departure are not entitled to a refund of the fee in the event that they do not travel or do not carry the upsized luggage allowance of checked-in luggage. Sports Equipment
Any sporting equipment, including but not limited to skis, surfboards, bicycles and musical instruments will be accepted for travel on a space available basis and is charged at the prevailing rates per item, per flight. Such items are accepted for carriage by Tiger Airways entirely at the passenger's own risk.
Bicycles - the bicycle must be packed in a bicycle box or bag, only one cycle per box or bag will be permitted, the tyres must be deflated, the handlebars must be flush with the frame and the pedals removed or flush with the frame.
Musical Instruments
Instruments to be carried as cabin baggage must not exceed the dimensions of 12in X 46in X 15in (30cm X 117cm X 38cm). Instruments within this category include but is not limited to bugle, clarinet, flute, piccolo, guitars in soft cases, trumpet, violin or viola and will form part of your free cabin baggage allowance. Such items are accepted for carriage by Tiger Airways entirely at the passenger's own risk.
Any instrument exceeding the above dimensions must be checked into the hold.
