Legroom was OK, but not generous. Current policy is that on booking you are given middle seats, and you have to buy your way out of these to a more preferable one. There is no in-seat power, so if you are planning some extensive computer work, you may run flat on power before arriving. Generally this seems an older plane not updated

Don't sit here. Staff are constantly walking past and accessing lockers right beside your seat. Got hit by staff over 50 times on a 3.5 hour flight. Horrible. Worst business class seat I have ever experienced. No head phones, missed me on the meal service. No welcome etc etc. Maybe I used to better airlines - AirNZ

Seat 1A. No problems about front galley or lavs. Fully flat position is not comfortable at all. You will better rest if you recline it to a cradle position at about 150° and legrest fully extended.

As everyone states, this is an old bird. The seats at the back feel tighter but there are only rows of 2 and 3 so it's better than being up in the middle. There are no bathrooms in the back and the galley is far back meaning it was relatively quiet. When the person in front reclines fully, you can barely watch the tv, though most were of such poor quality it didn't matter. I have no idea how TAP plans to "expand" their international offerings with this plane and poor Lisbon service.

this plane is very old, with very poor entertainment, which is not on demand. The seat was ok but again pretty old. The worst thing about this flight was the terrible service. I have traveled TP many times but mostly shorter flights. These crew was horrible and it seems to be more about how they are organised than the actual people, although we did feel like we were bothering them. During sleep time the crew was making a huge racket in the galley. Very disappointing for TP.

The minor extra space doesn't worth to get this seat. It's right in front of the toilet, and every time someone opens the toilet's door, an intense light goes directly in your face. It's also annoying that many passengers don't care if they close the door well after using the toilet. Seats A, B, H and J are much better than this one.

the seats 38 E F G are not aligned with the ones on row 37 so you will have a bad time trying to watch the tv as it is not in front of you but at 45 degrees lets say. If you look in front you have the division of the front seats not a TV

Was impossible to find.a single position that one could rest. the seat is extremely narrow. Im a 169 cm and 82 kilos. average body.Had a terrible experience. tv equipment in very poor quality. agree, inhuman conditions.

This cabin is inhuman, the seats are so close that the table falls on the armrests. There is no room for the legs. I traveled from Lisbon to Rio de Janeiro and I was sitting between two people. I'm tall, not too much, but it was impossible to travel in that seat, I felt trapped. I found a single place in the back row, next to the restrooms and I traveled there. The seat backs were not held in a straight position, falling backwards making the space much smaller. They have no right to do that, this is a robbery. At check in I asked for the seat in the hallway and they told me that if I claim seat I should pay more. Who collects the bonus, where does it pay? This is new ... that's a scam.

The old A332. The seat is ok, a little bit noisier than the first section, good view from the window, enough leg space. The downside cames with the age of these A332. The entertainment system is outdated, the screens small and poor quality,some seats don't work well.

The video system is not on demand. There is a monitor in each seatback, but the films are preset. On different channels films run. You can not pause the movies. Language settings are portugese or english, making it impossible for foreign kids to watch a movie. Seating is cramped and even tighter than the short haul flights of TAP.

Yes you get extra legroom here but as ever passengers wishing to use the toilet will hang around so you can't stretch out. In addition, families with babies get allocated the bulkhead seats to your right. Expect screaming babies. Airplane was old and beaten up. Food was grim.

Avoid this one! I thought I was getting extra legroom which, strictly, is true. However the bulkhead is very close so you can't stretch out. Also, there is a curtain that the staff insist on opening and closing every 5 minutes. The curtain covers the TV screen when they close it so I was constantly moving the curtain to the side. Passengers often use the toilet behind the curtain, even though they shouldn't as its first class. So if you are trying to sleep you will get woken up by the light from the galley because they never bother closing it behind them. A really, really, bad seat to choose!

Not a bad seat for coach. Food surprisingly good and plentiful. Staff very nice, although they did pretty much disappear for 5 hours of an 8-hour flight. Good entertainment system with plenty of choices.

great leg room, Usb slot, power slot. Seats are short in length, as in not enough surface area for your butt. Im 5'1, 120lbs. Weird lighting throughout plane, tube-light like.

Thus seat is awful . I thought there was a sight restriction in the recline of this seat but that might have just been a fault Hower ti wasn't bothersome . However its proximity to the aisle and the toilets is a disaster . First you get to hear TWO toilet doors banging every time they they are opened and closed - pretty much constantly during the flight making sleep difficult.. You can also hear the toilet behind the seat flush every time it is used . The worst feature though is the queuing for the toilets . Not only is it irritating to have someone standing next to your seat for much of the flight, but you [and the seat ] also get knocked when people or cabin staff try to pass by . On the flight I was on , one of the two nearby toilet doors didn't close very easily and it was left open several times by users wth the result there was a bright light glaring from the toilet and disturbing sleep when the cabin was dimmed on this overnight flight . I had to get up to close it more than once . The cabin staff service here was however good. Definitely a seat should be avoided at all costs - Indeed the airline should offer discount for sitting here .

This seat has slightly restricted seat recline but that wast the problem . The worst part is that it is near the toilets and adjacent to the aisle . When theres queue for the toilets only one person needs to be wating [ and this happened quite often when i wagon board ] you get knocked as people push past to get through to hitter seat or staff to the galley . The you can ask o hear the door bang every time it is opened and closed and you the flush ever time the toilet is used . Finally the door on one off the two toilets on my flight didn't always close properly meaning when the cabin lighting was dimmed [ this was overnight flight ] the light was bothersome. The only plus point was the you seemed to get food and drink more quickly than most passenger. A really horrible seat for which you should get discount.

Pretty standard window seat. There was some leak dropping water from the AC, I think, in the beginning of the taxing, then it vanished. Always good to be in a window and far away from the wings.

Seats are very misaligned with row 37, so tray tables, seatback TVs, and legroom are not centered. Very awkward using tray table or watching TV.

TAP's business class is a joke - there are no overhead compartments for the middle seats and the overhead compartments in the sides are too small. Just boarded and there is a huge confusion because the bags in business don't fit. Never figured some of the issues for TAP....

I was seated in row 2A on both legs of a MIA-LIS trip. The aircraft was different on each flight and I could not tell which version of the Airbus 330 was used as the seating in Business is the same on both. The seat was comfortable, but limited in that it is not a lay flat experience. You must also climb over the aisle seat to use the restroom. The flight attendants were excellent and the food very good. Hot soup was offered on both flights. Noise was not an issue while sleeping. There was no snack bar set up at the galley during the flight. Priority bags were delivered promptly. Too bad there is no priority customs line at LIS. (This can be used with both versions of this aircraft-only the cabin decor is different)
