Web check-in is only available for Air Italy flights departing from Bergamo, Bologna, Cairo, Catania, Lamezia Terme, London, Milan Linate/Malpensa, Miami, Moscow, Naples, New York, Olbia, Palermo, Rome, Sharm El Sheikh, Turin, Venice, and Verona.

If checking in at the airport, you must check-in before the following times:
Domestic flights: 2 hours to 35 minutes before flight
International flights in Europe (except to Cairo and Chisinau): 2 hours and 30 minutes to 45 minutes before flight
Flights to Cairo: 4 hours to 1 hour before flight
Flights to Chisinau: 3 hours to 1 hour before flight
Intercontinential flights (except Accra, Dakar, Havana, Lagos, and United States cities): 3 hours to 45 minutes before flight
Flights to Havana and United States cities: 4 hours to 1 hour before flight
Flights to Accra, Dakar, and Lagos: 4 hours to 1 hour and 30 minutes before flight
