What health documentation is required?

LOT Polish Airlines requires a health certificate. Some countries require other documents verifying your animal's health and it is the passenger's responsibility to be aware of all regulations. You should consult your veterinarian and the Department of Agriculture to ensure that your animal will comply with all requirements.

Are there any other restrictions?

LOT Polish Airlines can refuse to transport an animal due to illness, aggressive behavior, poor kenneling, or extreme temperatures at origin, transfer, or destination airports.

Passengers travelling with pets can not be seated in the first row of their class.

LOT Polish Airlines will not transport pets in the passenger area on flights to Great Britain. In this case, pets must be transported as cargo.
