Passengers should be at the airport 1 hour before domestic flights, 2 hours before international flight and 3 hours before flights to Iraq and Iran. Check-in needs to be completed at least 30 minutes before domestic flights and 1 hour before international flights. Passengers can use serf-service check-in kiosk machine in the airport for fast check–in. The passengers who give their Jetmil Elite card numbers during reservation or check-in can receive service at counter N 10 in Istanbul Atatürk Airport domestic terminal, at counter No 11 in ?zmir Adnan Menderes Airport domestic terminal, at counter No 21 in Antalya Airport domestic terminal, at special online check-in counters in TRNC Ercan and Bodrum Airports.
