If so, consider travelling somewhere in Asia- there are a tremendous amount of places and sites to see! Before departing on this adventure of a lifetime, be sure to see if the airline you are flying on has an app. In this post, we take a look at 10 Asian airline’s apps for both Google Play (Android Products) and iTunes (Apple products).

AirAsia (AK):
The AirAsia Mobile App makes it easy for you to book not just flights but also hotels, packages, activities, daily deals, duty-free products, and more. If you are a part of AirAsia’s BIG Loyalty program, the app also allows you to earn more BIG Points and then pay with any of your previous BIG points.
The AirAsia app also shows you the lowest fares offered and then you can go right ahead and manage your booking, baggage, meals, select your seat and more. Once you have picked your flight, you can use the app to check in with just a click of your finger. After check-in, you will receive a mobile barcode which can be scanned at the airport kiosk where you will be able to print out your boarding ticket. You can also opt to get an e-boarding pass which allows you to go straight to the gate if you have no bags to check in.
Air China (CA):
Air China’s app has a plethora of useful information and is available in both Mandarin and English. The app will create an itinerary for you that keeps all of your necessary travel information organized and accessible. You can use the app to purchase your tickets, there is even a voice recognition function where you can find out your flight's status. If you are a part of the loyalty program, you can view your Mileage account, program activities, utilize your mileage points etc. The app also allows for seamless check-in, seat selection, notifications regarding any flight or gate changes/updates and more.
Asiana (OZ):
Asiana’s app allows you to purchase or cancel a flight reservation as well as pick your seat, check-in on the go and view your boarding pass. The app contains detailed information on news, events and promotions associated with Asiana. Use the Asiana app if you want to organize all your flight information and receive any and all discount information.
Bangkok Airways (PG):
The Bangkok Airways app has a flight booking feature that will create an itinerary for you once you have picked your dream destination. If you are a FlyerBonus member, the app will also manage all of your points, and if you are not a member, you can register right on your phone. You can also avoid any airport lines and check-in right on the app and then the app will offer you directions to the closest lounge location at your convenience. The Bangkok Airways app also has a multitude of other functions such as the ability to book a hotel, rent a car and more.
