Can I change/select my seat before I check in at the airport?
On flights to and from Florida and Bermuda advanced seat reservations may be made until midnight the day before departure for a fee of $10 per passenger per segment.
Passengers who have not reserved a seat will be issued a seat assignment upon check-in. Passengers traveling on USA3000 with reservations made through USA3000 Vacations, Apple Vacations, or other preferred tour operator will be issued a seat assignment upon check-in. In order to secure your preferred choice of seat assignment, check in early.
How much time should I allot at the airport?
USA3000 Airlines opens the check in counter two hours prior to flight departure. At some airports that time may be earlier.
Domestic Flights:

- The latest gate time is 15 minutes prior to flight departure.
- The aircraft doors close 5 minutes prior to flight departure.
International Flights:
- Check in closes at least one hour prior to flight departure.
