What are the requirements for using web check-in?
- You can use Web Check-In for flights from Cologne/Bonn (CGN), Berlin-Schönefeld (SXF), Hamburg (HAM), Stuttgart (STR), Munich (MUC), Dresden (DRS), Leipzig (LEJ), Dortmund (DTM), Zweibrücken (ZQW), Zurich (ZRH), Rostock-Laage (RLG), Bucharest (Baneasa) (BBU), Prague (PRG), Belgrade (BEG), Madrid (MAD), Warsaw (WAW), Barcelona (BCN), Malaga (AGP), Rome-Fiumicino (FCO), Zagreb (ZAG), Milan Malpensa (MXP), Bologna (BLQ), Toulouse (TLS), Lisbon (LIS), Sofia (SOF), and Katowice (KTW).
- You can use Web Check-In from 24 hours before departure at the earliest until 3 hours before departure at the latest.
- Use the same notation of your first- and surname as provided on your booking confirmation.

Can I check-in online if I have bags to check?
If you have baggage to be checked in or special baggage, use normal check-in. If you depart from Cologne/Bonn airport you can use the Web Check-In and check-in your baggage at the Baggage Drop-Off counter.
Can I change/select my seat when checking in online?
You cannot reserve your seat online once the booking process is complete. You can reserve your seat up to 24 hours before departure during online booking, by contacting the Call Centre or in person at the airport desk.
